Some Sadness at the Ondrajka's

I have some sad news to share today.  It's been a rough week for our family.  Last Friday we had to say goodbye to our 13 1/2 year old fur baby.  It was such a tough decision, but was one that had to be made.  We didn't want to see her suffer and knew it was time and in a strange way I think she did too.  It's breaking my heart right now to even type this.  She was such a good dog and always so loving.  She certainly was my pal around the house here and she is greatly missed.

This picture is of her just a year ago on Memorial Day.  She sure loved to roll in the grass.

This is a picture that was taken when we had family pictures taken several years ago.  I'm so glad we have this one.  I think it's a beautiful picture and one we will always treasure.  The card is from the vet.

I'm sorry if this post was annoying to anyone, but our animals weren't just animals to us.  They were family.  For the first time in 33 years I don't have a fur baby.  They are all gone now and I'm not sure if we will get another, but I won't say never.

I will leave you with a card that pretty much sums up my feelings right now.  RIP my sweet Tippy Toes. Mommy loves you!

*I forgot to mention that this was a total case from fellow demonstrator Justin Krieger.  Thanks Justin for such a great idea.

New 2014-2016 In Colors

Have you seen the new In Colors for 2014-2016?  These colors are so beautiful.  I will admit upon first seeing them I felt disappointed, but that was short lived when I got to see them in person.  I think these are some of the best that we have had.  The ribbon is to die for.  It is so rich and luscious.  The ribbon is actually what caught my eye at first.  These are going to be such fun colors to play with.

These new colors will be available for purchase on June 2 when the new catalog goes live 2:00 pm EST.  Visit my website to place orders at any time.  www.reneeond.stampinup.net

Project Life by Stampin'Up!

Watch this video and learn a little about what is coming to Stampin'Up! and their partnership with Becky Higgins and Project Life.  I think this is going to be a great partnership and a fun new product for many of you.  An easier way to scrapbook, but yet still be creative.  I've actually been working on something like this using a scrapbook that was in our last holiday mini catalog and using all Stampin'Up! products and I really love the idea.  I know you will too.

I'll try and do another post today in my series of Scrap It Up! if I can today.  I'm down with bronchitis and strict orders from my doctor that I need to rest so I'm not sure if I'll make it down to the stampin' room to upload today.  All my project photos are on my desktop computer.

I'm just getting back to this.  I've had a bad day.  Lots of coughing and very weak.  I'm hoping tomorrow will be better.  I'm exhausted, but wanted to finish posting this.

Since today is "Tax Day" I wanted to offer a little special.  Any orders placed starting today through Monday, April 21 by 10:00 a.m. I will pay your sales tax.  That's right FREE SALES TAX!  Orders can be placed on my website as usual and I will reimburse you your sales tax, but you must use the Hostess Code NXB34XKQ.  You can also contact me by email ( ibecakes@airadv.net ), phone (989)-453-3267 home number or cell phone (989) 551-1685 or text my cell as well.  Don't forget orders must be in by 10:00 a.m. Monday morning to qualify.

Be sure to check out Stampin'Up!'s home page at www.stampinup.com to view this week's Weekly Deals.  I'm posting from mobile so I can't put the specials on this post.  I will try and do that tomorrow as well as post a project for you.

Renee
