Truly Grateful.....

Today's card is how I feel.  Truly grateful.  Is my life perfect?  Do I have disappointments, sadness, struggles?  Of course I do.  Everyone does, but we have the choice to be grateful in spite of all that.  Life isn't perfect and things aren't always the way we want them to be, but we are so much better off if we count our blessings and instead of our whoas.  Is it always easy?  No! But it is what is best for us.  Ok, off my soapbox. LOL!

Can you guess what I used to make this card?

Did you guess?  What was your guess?  If you guessed a clear stamping block then you would be absolutely right.  That is what was used here.  I inked it up in Pistachio Pudding and stamped on my Whisper White cardstock.  I then stamped the wheat bundle from the set called...what else?  Truly Grateful in Baked Brown Sugar.  I then outlined the block, but skipped the sections where the stamp hung over the block area.  I tied a bow with Crumb Cake taffeta ribbon and then colored 3 self-adhesive pearls with a tan colored Sharpie marker.  Very simple and easy to make.
