Computer Issues and Cards

Hey there friends!  I've been struggling with computer issues off and on over the last couple of months and it finally came time to upgrade to a new computer.  I still had a desktop Vista and thought I was fine until little things started happening.  I tried to put it off, but the time came and I now have a Windows 10 laptop with touch screen.  Yeah I jumped a few steps in between, but I should be good for awhile.  I've slowly been getting things transferred over and fortunately this new computer came with software to help with that.  I organized my pictures as well and everything is in it's right folders.  That was a big task for sure and one I'd been putting off for sometime now so it sure feels good to have it done.

You will notice on the right hand side of this page I have posted the retired list.  You can just click on the picture and it will take you to the retired list.  Remember to get those things you just can't live without ASAP because things are only available while supplies last.  You can order by clicking on the SHOP NOW button on the left of this page or you can contact me direct.

Back again!  LOL!   I started this post and never finished it so I thought I'd just start right where I left off.  I've got a fun card to share with you today.  I made it to the top three in my Survivor group and I got the second highest votes so I came in second, which meant that I had to send a card to the winner. This stamp set will be available in the upcoming catalog.  I just couldn't resist this set when it had a puppy and a kitty in it.  I hope the winner (Michele) Beth Robinson likes it.

Isn't it cute?  I used the Sheltering Tree stamp set with it for the grass and the leaves on the tree.  I couldn't leave that swing hanging in the air like that so I had to stamp some tree leaves so that you would know it was hanging from a BIG tree branch.  My friend and upline Amy will appreciate that it's not hanging in just midair.  Right Amy?  ;)  I used the Build a Tree punch and punched out the top and used it to sponge the clouds.  The pillows and the kitty are popped up on dimensionals.

Well I'm going to stop here so I can get this posted.  I promise I'm going to get back to posting on a regular basis.  Hang with me!

Blessings,
Renee

"OSAT Blog Hop - May Flowers"

I was really excited about this blog hop although I had no idea what I was going to do for it.  This first pic is of the flowers in our yard and yes the dandelions are flowers.  This picture just makes me happy.  I love Spring flowers although I am so not a gardener by any stretch of the imagination.  These flowers were planted by the original owner of this house.  We've lived her 30 years so those flowers are just doing their thing without any help from me.

OK, onto the hop.  You may have arrived here by the way of the amazing Tina Riddle's blog.  She always has such great projects.    Here are my projects for this month.  I hope you like them.  I love that they are so bright and cheery.  The Post It note  holder is going to go on my kitchen island.  I normally have a pad there, but now it's going to look pretty.

I used Wink of Stella on the flower tips and I tried real hard to capture it in the photo, but I didn't do
a very good job at it.

I made the flowers using punches and the Cotten Paper (sadly retirng).  You could easily duplicate these using regular cardstock as well.  I've done those as well before.

Now you can head over to Lori Mueller's place and see the awesome projects she has for us this
month.

If you get lost you can always find your way by visiting the list here.
Blessings,
Renee
