Valentine Paper Pumpkin Banner

Hey there!  I almost forgot to post tonight. I've been having fun coloring with my adult coloring books I received for Christmas. Hubby has been playing solitaire on his phone, I've been coloring and we've been watching American Ninja Warrior. It's a show we both love to watch together.

Well here is the banner I made yesterday with part of my PP kit. There is so much more in this kit. It is amazing how much you can do with these kits.

This hangs above my buffet in my dining room. My dad built my built in buffet and it's great for storing all my pretty dishes, yes I might have an addiction, but it's also a fun place to decorate. I'll have to take a pic and show you when I finish my Valentine display.

Well that's it for tonight. I still have about a half hour of coloring time until bed. :)

Blessings,
Renee.

Paper Pumpkin Valentines

Happy Saturday!  Brooke came over this afternoon and we worked on our January Paper Pumpkin kits. This kit has so much in it.  We just touched the surface of what can be made.  Today I'm going to share a couple cards that I made and then will share the other things in the next few days.  These cards came together so quick and easy since the hearts were all ready to go.

I used the Thick Whisper White cardstock for my base and the heart and banners came in the kit.  I added the Timeless Treasures stamp set as well.

The Timeless Treasures stamp set is available in the Occasions catalog.  I'm thinking this set should be a must have for everyone.  It has such basic, sort of abstract pieces that can be used on many projects.  You can't see it in the pictures, but I used some of the Clear Wink of Stella on the words and the little hearts.  It is so pretty in person.

Thanks for stopping by and I'll see you here tomorrow.

Blessings,
Renee

Please note that there is a savings on the 3 month Paper Pumpkin subscription.  It is only $55 plus tax and you get a free Sale-a-bration item too.  With a 6 month you would get 2 SAB items and the 12 month you'd get 4 SAB items.  There couldn't be a better time to try Paper Pumpkin.  It truly is a fun crafty surprise every month.

Flashback Friday

I just realized I didn't post today. I'm going to call this Flasback Friday. This is something I made several years ago. Of course it could be redone with newer products and I just may do that. This is part of my Valentine's Day decor.

This is a glass plate I found on clearance after Christmas several years ago. I love to decorate for all seasons and holidays. I know you couldn't tell, right?  LOL!

I promise I'll be back with new things tomorrow.
Blessings,
Renee

Love is in the Air Class

Hey there stampers!  I didn't get to the stamp room today. I actually took down the Christmas tree and decorations, well most of them. I left up a few of my snowmen because they are more wintery than Christmas. Besides I wasn't ready to take these down.

These are the snowmen I received from my Lindsay girl. Have I mentioned how much I miss her?  She's doing so well in Gaylord. She has her own house and a good job and she'll be getting a puppy this weekend. I'm going to have a grand dog. I can't wait to meet him. Lindsay loves animals so I know this will be a good thing. We will be going to her place in two weeks. I'm really looking forward to going. Brooke is even able to go so it will be the four of us together. Can't wait.

Don't forget about my Love is in the Air class that is scheduled for February 9. You can find all the details on my Stampin'Up! website at www.reneeond.stampinup.net. Just click on the calendar for the details. Space is limited and I need rsvps by February 1.

Blessings,
Renee.

Playing with Botanicals

I told you once I got this Botanical bundle I would be using it asap. Thanks Amy for making me get this. I just love it all. The dies especially are awesome.

I used some of the SAB DAP on this one. I love the colors in this. I used some of the Silver Sequins Trim on it. Are you happy Brooke?  She got after me when she helped to clean up my stamp room and she found things that I hadn't used yet. Gasp!  Thanks for the help Brookie!

I'm afraid that I won't be putting this new bundle down any time soon!  If you haven't ordered it yet, I highly suggest it go on your next order. Remember you can place orders 24/7 on my website www.reneeond.stampinup.net

Blessings,
Renee

Botanical Blooms Handsanitizer

It's late, but I'm trying my best to post everyday and so far this month I haven't missed a day.  Here's my project.  It's a handsanitizer holder.

I just realized I didn't take a pic to show the inside.  I will do that tomorrow.  Right now I need to be finishing supper.  Yikes!

Blessings,
Renee

Not for Long

It's Monday! (cue the waa waa music).  LOL!  I think I have a Michigan disease.  It's called winter doldrums or whatever you'd like to call I HATE WINTER!!!  We do have some sun today, but it's not helping.  I think I have such a hard time because technically I'm a California girl or I was until the age of 3. So being born in California I think I was born for warmth and sunshine.  OK, that's my story and I'm stickin' to it!

Well you knew I couldn't stay away from the Rose Wonder set for long, now did ya?  Just you wait though, my Botanical Blooms set will be here tomorrow and then it will be all about that for a few days, but I'm sure the Rose Wonder will still be making appearances.  This time I just used the stamp set and not the dies, so that even if you don't have a Big Shot, this stamp set is pretty all on it's own.

I used the Watercolor Wash background stamp on the card first in Blushing Bride (my new go to color) and then stamped the flower on top of that with Early Espresso.  As always you'll find the ingredients for the project on the bottom of the post.

Blessings,
Renee
