I love everything about this card and the stamp sets and framelits I used. If you haven't guessed it by now I'm a tea drinker and a fantasy of mine would be to have tea with "The Queen". I know this stamp set will get a lot of use by me.
For my 3D item I chose to recreate something I made a long time ago and I've had it on my refrigerator. This is a standard 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" base of Balmy Blue cardstock. I then attached it to a piece of cardboard from a Paper Pumpkin kit with All Purpose Glue. I rounded the corners with the corner rounder on the Envelope Punch Board. The pocket is made from a 6" x 6" piece of Gingham Gala DSP. I punched and scored at 3" on the Envelope Punch Board. I only scored on three sides, but I punched on all four. To make the pocket hold the scratch pad a little better, I then used my paper cutter and the score blade to score to the right of each score line by 1/8". I then folded in the sides first and secured with All Purpose Glue and then the bottom part last. I will list below all the products I used to make this. If you have questions after that, please feel free to contact me and I can do a video.
On the back I attached magnets. Why only three? Well because I only had three. LOL! Simple enough huh?
I stamped and colored and die cut the flower out on the teapot. I also used our new Stitched rectangle dies to put my sentiment on. I stamped and die cut that flower as well and popped up with a dimensional.
I hope you enjoyed these projects and will continue around the hop to see some amazing Stampin'Up! projects using products from the new Occasions and SAB catalogs.
