Truly Thankful

I love the month of November for a lot of reasons.  Just to name a few of the reasons, our anniversary, my seasonal job is almost over, deer hunting (no, I don't hunt, but my daughter does), Veterans Day and of course Thanksgiving.  I enjoy reading status updates on Facebook of those who list the thirty-one days of thankfulness.  Of course we should be thankful year round, but I think that it is great to have a full month where we consciously make that extra effort to talk about the things we are thankful for and share with others.

Today's card was made using the September Paper Pumpkin stamp set.  This is sure to remain a favorite of mine.  It's a cute set with lots of pieces.  You could only get this set if you are a Paper Pumpkin subscriber during September.  If you'd like to start receiving your own Paper Pumpkin box of fun each month, you can visit here www.paperpumpkin.com and I would appreciate it if you would choose me as your demonstrator.

This card was very easy to make.  I traced a circle in pencil lightly on the cardstock and then used that as my guide to stamping the leaves into a wreath shape.  I then erased any part of the pencil that was showing.

Blessings,
Renee
